Every time a parent volunteers, attends an event, supports a teacher, reads an update, joins the PTL, or simply stays connected, that foundation grows stronger.

FACTS Parent Portal
The FACTS Parent Portal is one of the most important tools for ELS families. Parents can use FACTS to access student information, schedules, grades, school announcements, and other important updates. The current Parent Resources page highlights FACTS as the place for student schedules, grades, the family portal, and school announcements.
School Calendar and Upcoming Events
There is always something happening at Emmanuel Lutheran School. From classroom activities and field trips to service projects, celebrations, graduations, athletics, and schoolwide gatherings, our calendar helps families plan ahead and stay engaged.
Check the school calendar often for the most current event dates, schedule changes, early release days, holidays, and special programs.
Parent Teacher League (PTL):
Building A Stronger Foundation Together
The Parent Teacher League helps bring the ELS community to life through service, support, communication, and connection.
Every parent and teacher is automatically part of the PTL, and every family is invited to participate in ways that fit their time, talents, and interests. Whether you can attend meetings, volunteer at an event, serve as a room parent, help with teacher appreciation, or support a fundraiser, your involvement strengthens the school experience for every student.
The current PTL page describes the organization as supporting communication between parents and staff, organizing community events, raising funds for school projects, supporting teachers, and helping families engage in the life of the school.
What the PTL Does
The PTL supports Emmanuel Lutheran School by:
- Strengthening communication between parents, teachers, and school leadership
- Organizing community building events and family activities
- Supporting classroom needs and special school projects
- Encouraging teacher and staff appreciation
- Helping families build meaningful connections within the school
- Creating opportunities for parents to serve, lead, and participate
PTL Events and Activities
PTL events help families connect beyond the classroom and build the kind of community that makes ELS feel like home.
